Colleen Wilson, Esq.
Advisory Board Member
Colleen Wilson is a multi-jurisdiction trained attorney, who has practiced law in England, Jamaica and USA. Originally from Jamaica she spent her formative years in the UK and embraces all her multi cross cultural socialization as a ‘Jamerican-Brit’. She received her law degrees from Queen Mary & Westfield, South Bank University and the University of Law. She has pursued post graduate studies in Intellectual Property law at the London School of Economics. She currently resides in the USVI and is passionate about the arts, sustainable development and education. She maintains a corporate consultancy practice.
Keya Chongasing Garner

Keya Chongasing Garner is born and raised in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands with her roots running deep. She graduated from All Saints Cathedral School and furthered her education at Rider University, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology, with a minor in Social Work. Her love of and pride in her home community is an important aspect of her character and is shown through her various community contributions throughout the years. Keya is a co-founder of the non-profit organization BE3KC, which raises funds for worthy non-profit organizations. She is a champion for children with special needs, specifically those on the Autism Spectrum. She previously served as the vice president of the Board of Directors of Kidscope and past president of the All Saints Cathedral School Capital Development Committee.
Professionally, Keya has been involved with business development and innovation for several USVI businesses and has engaged internal and external stakeholders to build top-performing organizations. She is currently General Manager for Dorchester Insurance Company, one of three domiciled insurance companies domiciled in the US Virgin Islands.
Keya has been instrumental in the growth of her local community and will continue to do so in her newest endeavor, Healing Hands Worldwide. In her free time, Keya enjoys spending time with her family, reading, tending to her orchids, and binge-watching reality television, her guilty pleasure. Keya is also happily married to Curtis and the proud mother of three beautiful children, Tori, Christina, and Evan.
Carol Baker-Robinson
Advisory Board Member
Carol Baker Robinson is an executive with Marriott International, and currently serves as director of Finance & Accounting for the Ritz-Carlton in St. Thomas, USVI. She graduated from Pace University (Lubin School of Business) in New York with a BS in Accounting. She and her husband Donovan moved their family to St. Thomas ten years ago, and have two children.
Dan Williams
Advisory Board Member
With a background in executive coaching and financial consulting, Danny Williams is a senior advisor with an independent wealth management firm serving clients in the US, including the US Virgin Islands. Based in the Boston area, he recently received the Harvard Business School Certificate of Specialization in Finance and Accounting. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in English literature from Boston University.

Prior to joining the financial service industry, he specialized in leadership communications and coaching. His consulting experience included work in mainland China, giving him a global perspective and appreciation for other cultures. During that period, he studied Mandarin for two years at Harvard University and Shanghai Normal University in China.
Growing up in the 60s, he has always supported movements for social justice and global equality. He is passionate about life-long learning and making a positive impact in the world with others.
